Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026. This policy applies to all mobile apps published by AppCey and to the appcey.com website. In short: you do not need an account, your photos are not uploaded anywhere beyond your device, and we do not store them.

Data we collect

• AppCey apps have no sign-up or login. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Your photos and edits are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers and we do not store them.

Website and free online tools (appcey.com)

• The free tools on our website (photo size reducer, photo editor, format converter, photo to PDF and PDF merge) run entirely in your browser. The photos and PDF files you choose are not uploaded anywhere beyond your device, and we or third parties do not store them. Exported photos contain no location or camera data (EXIF).
• The website has no accounts, shows no ads, and uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
• Like any website, the server of our hosting provider may keep technical logs of your page requests (IP address, browser information, time of access, requested page). These are for the security and operation of the site and are not used to identify you.
• The font used on the pages (Poppins) is loaded from the site's own server, so no request is sent to a third party for it.

Ads (in the apps)

The free version shows Google AdMob ads. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and device and app information. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

• We show a consent form to users in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
• On iOS, the app asks for tracking permission (ATT). If you decline, ads are not personalized.
• You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
• Rewarded ads are shown only if you choose to watch them.
• If you buy Ad-free or Pro, ads are no longer shown.

How Google uses data: Google's partner sites policy

Purchases

Ad-free and Pro are one-time purchases. Payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store. Your card and payment details never reach us. Your purchase status is verified by the store.

Permissions

Photo access is requested so you can edit the photos you choose and save the result to your gallery. It is not used for anything else.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

We do not keep personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete or correct. For data collected by our ad partner, you can use Google's tools. To exercise your rights under GDPR or Turkish KVKK, contact us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date.
